With responsibility and civilization, WAC lights up extraordinary spaces with museum-level lighting!

Shanghai Astronomy Museum

"We are not writing a textbook, we are creating an experience", the Shanghai Astronomy Museum using environmental atmosphere, lighting and sound effects and high-fidelity scene simulation means, adopting somatosensory interaction, data visualization, AR, VR and other ways to build an immersive cosmic space experience environment, and vividly conveys the obscure scientific and astronomical theoretical knowledge to the audience in a way that is both educational and entertaining. The museum has created three major thematic exhibition areas, namely "Home", "Universe" and "Journey", as well as "China Wentian" and "Curious Planet". "Curious Planet" "Voyage to Mars" and other characteristics of the exhibition area, more than 300 exhibits, the original proportion of up to 85%, interactive exhibits accounted for more than 51%.

Interstellar travel, wave your arms, have your own galaxy

Shanghai Astronomy Museum

The distance effect created by the light using the black sky accommodates people's imagination and blurs the boundaries of space, in order to create an illusory and vast cosmic atmosphere in a small space. The low-illumination environment is conducive to creating an immersive experience. At the same time, color temperature and brightness are used as guidance to echo the flow of visitors and present a rich three-dimensional spatial hierarchy.

Set off from your homeland and step into the bright starry sky, unfold the Milky Way around the "sun, moon and earth", gradually open up the vast universe, and understand the history and achievements of human exploration of the universe. The exhibition design organically integrates humanities and science, transforms profound astronomical theories into artistic forms, reveals the mysteries of celestial bodies and the universe in an entertaining and educational way, and brings the mysterious starry sky around you.

Journey - After a long period of accumulation, mankind's exploration of the universe has continued deepening. From the pages of books to astronomical telescopes, lighting has adopted different lighting methods for different exhibits, and the three-dimensional lighting method has been used to express the complete appearance of the three-dimensional exhibits. Large-scale exhibits and scenery use theme-appropriate lighting scenes to express connotations.
